Life coaching Feeling   happy   and   whole   is   important   to   enjoying   life   and   its   experiences.   It   is   my   aim to   help   you   get   what   you   want,   succeed   in   your   desired   goals,   find   your   potential   and   be the person you really want to be. What   is   coaching?   It’s   about   finding   the   cause   of   our   habits,   of   our   patterns,   why   we   do what we do. When we discover that, change is so much easier. It   is   not   counselling   –   counselling   focuses   on   your   past   and   comes   from   a   place   of needing   to   heal.      Coaching   is   all   about   focusing   on   the   future,   coming   from   a   place   of wanting to move forward and achieve your potential. There   are   very   good   reasons   why   we   do   what   we   do.   And   why   we   sometimes   see repeating    patterns    that    we    want    to    change.    Everything    in    our    lives    is    a    result    of something   we   have   told   ourselves   at   some   stage.   If   we   want   to   change   the   outcomes, we   need   to   take   responsibility   for   ourselves   and   change   our   thoughts.   Easy!   Well   at least, it becomes easier. You   will   be   guided   and   gently   helped   along   the   way.   You’ll   be   able   to   move   forward, confident that you can make progress to achieve what you want in life.

When   you   are   working   with   me   as   your   coach,   we   will   draw   up   a   plan   together   to   get   you   to   where   you   want   to   be.   We   will meet   every   fortnight   (or   weekly   if   that   is   more   appropriate   for   you)   for   one-to-two-hour   sessions. At   the   end   of   that   time   we will continue to meet for on-going coaching as needed (you decide). There   is   supportive   written   information   for   you   after   each   session   and   action   plans   for   you   to   complete   between   sessions. There are no additional fees. Whether    you    want    coaching    to    move    forward    with    your    life,    change    direction,    deal    with    relationship    issues,    weight management,    personal    or    professional    image,    I    will    offer    one-on-one    coaching,    complete    discretion,    confidentiality, objectivity and support.
