Life coaching Feeling   happy   and   whole   is   important   to   enjoying   life   and   its   experiences.   It   is   my   aim to   help   you   get   what   you   want,   succeed   in   your   desired   goals,   find   your   potential   and   be the person you really want to be. What   is   coaching?   It’s   learning   how   we   can   be   responsible   for   the   outcomes   in   our   lives and how we can feel better and enjoy our lives more. It   is   not   counselling   –   counselling   focuses   on   your   past   and   comes   from   a   place   of needing   to   heal.      Coaching   is   all   about   focusing   on   the   future,   coming   from   a   place   of wanting to move forward and achieve your full potential. Everything   in   our   lives   is   a   result   of   something   we   have   told   ourselves   at   some   stage.   If we   want   to   change   the   outcomes,   we   need   to   take   responsibility   for   ourselves   and change the way we go about it. Simple, but not necessarily easy. You   will   be   guided   and   gently   helped   along   the   way.   You’ll   be   able   to   move   forward, confident that you can make progress to achieve what you want in life.

When   you   are   working   with   me   as   your   coach,   we   will   draw   up   a   plan   together   to   get   you   to   where   you   want   to   be.   We   will meet   regularly,   usually   its   weekly,   for   60   to   90   minutes.   At   first   for   4   -   6   weeks,   then   we   can   continue   to   meet   for   on-going coaching as needed (you decide). There   is   supportive   written   information   for   you   after   each   session   and   action   plans   for   you   to   complete   between   sessions. There are no additional fees. Whether    you    want    coaching    to    move    forward    with    your    life,    change    direction,    deal    with    relationship    issues,    weight management,    personal    or    professional    image,    I    will    offer    one-on-one    coaching,    complete    discretion,    confidentiality, objectivity and support.
